About Me

My name is Hailey, I'm food lover and expat living in Edinburgh, I'm originally from the PNW. I consider myself a pretty adventurous eater as well as cook. I plan to share recipes of my own here, as well as chat about cookbooks I love, other blogs, travel (sooner than later I hope!), and the like. I absolutely love cookbooks, I usually have 3-4 sitting on my couch at any one time (much to the chagrin of my husband), and I always read new ones front-to-back. 

My other interests are language, history, and vintage dress and those may pop up here from time to time.
